1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Credit At Once services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Credit At Once provides credit repair services, including but not limited to:

• Credit report analysis and review
• Dispute filing with credit bureaus
• Communication with creditors and collection agencies
• Credit education and guidance
• Tradeline services (where applicable)
• Funding program facilitation

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner
• Not apply for new credit without prior consultation
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information
• Review all correspondence from credit bureaus and creditors

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed upon in your service agreement. We offer two payment options:

• Upfront Payment: Full payment due upon service commencement
• Pay-After-Results: Deposit due upfront, remainder due after results are achieved

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee if we are unable to remove any negative items from your credit report after three (3) complete dispute rounds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of determination of non-removal.

6. Timeline and Results

While we typically achieve results within 1-2 weeks, timelines may vary based on individual circumstances and credit bureau response times. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the accuracy and verifiability of items on your credit report.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and adhere to all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Your information will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel our services at any time with written notice. Refunds for unused services will be calculated based on work completed and time elapsed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Credit At Once's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Burlington County, New Jersey.

11. Changes to Terms

Credit At Once reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
